USER MANUAL GUIDE


      
INTRODUCTION
We have made this application to provide e-shopping facilities to our registered customers. The customers can login and can order the products according to their requirements from our online portal.
The “TRENDZ-An Online Apparel Store” process begins with the arrival of an order for a specified product from an approved customer. The order can ONLY be accepted if a sufficient inventory exists of the product. After the order is accepted, an invoice is generated with the detail about the product and the billing amount. Subsequently the payment is received and the order is ready to be dispatched.

WELCOME PAGE



1) On opening our website, guests are directed to the Welcome Page of our Application “TRENDZ-An Online Apparel Store”.
2) From there the user can go to the login page or the register page.
3) Already registered users can go to the Login Page and enter their login details.
4) A new user can go to the Registration Page and enter his personal details to get registered for the application usage.

REGISTRATION PAGE



If you are not a registered customer then you have to fill in the customer information page and register yourself before you can order any purchases from the store. To register yourself you have to fill in the required fields. Once the registration is done successfully you will be a sent a confirmation mail. The registration page will contain the following fields which the new user will have to fill before he starts ordering and purchasing.
1. Name: - Enter User’s Name here.
2. Email Address: - Enter User’s Email address here.
3. Password: - Choose the password that the user wants to use.
4. Gender: - Enter the User’s gender here.
5. Contact Number: - Enter the User’s contact number here.
6. Address: - Enter the User’s address here.
7. City: - Enter the User’s address here.
8. Zip Code: - Enter the User’s Zip Code.
9. State: - Enter the User’s State.
10. Country: - Enter the User’s Country.

                                                                            1. The login page contains username and password fields. Once an user has registered on our online portal then he will have to enter his username and password on the login page to start the ordering and purchasing.

PLACE ORDER PAGE


Once you log in with your login ID, the Place Order Page will automatically provide with the customer ID and subsequently you can order as per requirements.
The Place Order Page contains the following fields:-
1. Date: - The current date is auto-displayed.
2. Customer Email ID:- User enters his email id where the mail of his order will be sent to the user.
3. Category: - Here the customer can select the product which he wants to buy. The products which we offer are Sweat Shirt, Jeans, Half Sleeve Shirt, Full Sleeve Shirt, Trouser and T-Shirt.
4. Brand:- Here the customer can choose the brand as per his preference. The brands which we offer are Reebok, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Wrangler, Spykar,  Pepe Jeans, Octave, Numero Uno, UCB, Wills Lifestyle, Tommy Hilfiger and Espirit.
5.Item ID:- Unique Item ID is generated for each item.
6. Size:- The sizes available in our store are S,M,L,XL and XXL.
7. Quantity:- The user can enter the quantity of the desired product here.
8. Price per unit:-  The price of one unit is displayed here as per the order placed.
9. Total Amount:- The total amount of the order is displayed here.

PAYMENT PAGE



Brand, Category, Quantity and Total amount tabs on this page would appear to be filled automatically
as they would  retrieve the respective datas from the Place Order form which is supposed to be filled
earlier. The customer would just need to verify the details and click on the pay button for the processing of the payment.
